1- EH 50: 50 mm PSE (100 diagonals/m2)

Cover mesh (50×50 mm, 3 mm dia wire), fabricate from wire rod.
For load-bearing and non-loadbearing interior walls and for exterior walls requiring less thermal insulation.

Material requirement:

  • 2x welded mesh (internal / external)  ……………..   4.53 kg/m2
  • Diagonals (wire mesh, 100 pieces/m2  …….  1.2 kg/m2
  • PSE (50 mm thickness)  …………………………………   0.05 m3/m2

2- EH 100: 100 mm PSE (100 diagonals/m2)

Diagonals: (wire mesh) 3.8 mm galvanized wire for load-bearing interior walls and exterior walls.

Material requirement:

  • 2x welded mesh (internal / external)  ……………..   4.53 kg/m2
  • Diagonals (wire mesh, 100 pieces/m2  …….  1.6 kg/m2
  • PSE (50 mm thickness)  ……………………………..   0.1 m3/m2

3- EH 100-D: 100 mm PSE (200 diagonals/m2):

Noyau PSE (fourniture locale avec des perles / granules vierges importées) pour les dalles et les toits.

Material requirement :

  • 2x welded mesh (internal / external)  ……………..   4.53 kg/m2
  • Diagonals (wire mesh, 100 pieces/m2  …….  3.2 kg/m2
  • PSE (50 mm thickness)  ……………………………..   0.1 m3/m2

Matériaux supplémentaires :

Additional reinforcing steel:

  • 400-420 N / mm2 (for other steel grades, the number for steel consumption must be adjusted).
  • ribbed steel bars

steel consumption    …………….   7kg/m2 (living space)

Concrete and shotcrete:

  • for low buildings (1-3 storeys) the minimum concrete quality is sufficient
  • 4 cm for non-load-bearing walls
  • 5 cm for load-bearing walls
  • average cement consumption: 300-400 kg / m3 concrete

concrete consumption: 0.3 m3 / m2 (living area)

These materials cover the 3D superstructure from the foundations. All 3D walls and slabs are covered with a layer of smooth finish plaster ready to paint. The numbers above are approximate values for average buildings and may vary depending on factors such as load and area.
